Ages 3–6
A fun-first introduction to Taekwondo. Little ones build coordination, listening skills and confidence through games, basic kicks and dojang etiquette.
Ages 7–12
Structured belt progression with real technique — poomsae, kicking drills and controlled partner work that builds focus, fitness and resilience.
Ages 13–17
Power, agility and focus through the teenage years — dynamic kicking, sparring fundamentals and discipline that carries into school and beyond.
Ages 18+
Sharpen technique, get seriously fit and de-stress. From first-timers to returning martial artists — train at your pace, pushed when you want it.
